Cleanliness, breakfast (some excellent homemade cakes), parking in the courtyard just outside the ZTL area and a 15-minute walk from the centre (€10 per day), apartments with 7 rooms and breakfast area, fridge with fresh water available, as well as teapots and coffee makers, recently renovated, air conditioning, large TV with Netflix. Friendly owner. Good value for money. Don't be put off by the building; the B&B on the first floor is really nice. Well done!
